The spine, paper covering only, is cracked but tight about an 2 inches up on the front hinge (very common with these little books), former child's name in the name space in pencil, otherwise good. This is the pink cover with the life-like looking mother rabbit with her babies on it. Little Peter cottontail decides to venture out and explore the great world all by himself. He meets a mean old bee who tells him to mind his own business or he will sting him, a toad who makes noise and scares him and a huge thing that moos at him. It's just too much, he goes back to mother's nest to wait until he's ready to go out into the big scarey world alone. $5.00

Unusually good find of a book in this series with washable cover, that usually fell apart with the handling of children. Complete and uncut. Wonderful resource for the parent who wishes to make an activity book for their pre-school/kindergarten aged child. Pictures shown suggest using felt, but you could use regular paper, cardboard or any other of the readily available materials of today. $10.00

Lovely example of the 1950's Americana. The dump truck looks to be a 1950's Chevy Truck, but the hood ornament is not clear enough to identify. Other cars from the 1950's are shown as well as a small town and residents. Nice look back into history. $20.00
