This is a source of friendly advice and helpful hints. It is NOT a substitute for medical care or your doctor's attention. If your child is sick, please seek the advice of your pediatrician or family doctor.

Keep watching for future additions to this page -- I am constantly looking for useful things to add. If you have any information or links to include, please Email me.
To sample some of the highlights of the Parents' Page, I have included a brief guided tour. To follow the tour, just click on the Tour icons, and they will take you to the next part of the tour. Read down to the next Tour icon, and then click on the Tour icon to continue your tour. Feel free to get side-tracked if you wish. If you want to take the tour, you can begin right now:
The Baby Booklet is the text of my new parents' brochure. It contains answers to some frequently asked questions and a guided tour of the newborn. It's most useful for parents of children under one year old.
The Parents' Letter is a newsletter distributed by Email. Currently, this is quarterly, but I would consider making it bimonthly or monthly if there is enough interest. Selected excerpts from the Parents' Letter are available.
If you have subscribed to the Parents' Letter, but have not received a confirmation note, check your return address in your e-mail software, and try again.
Here is some information about Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder.
I am compiling a list of resources for parents, including parenting/behavior issues, resources for specific medical conditions, Web sites for children and teens, commercial sites, and anything else which might be of interest to parents. Please send Email with any additions for the list.
