Welcome aboard fellow Islanders! Since 1998, this unofficial site has dedicated itself to providing in-depth and unbiased information on the rides and attractions that fill up this incredible phase of the Universal Orlando expansion, right next to Universal Studios Florida. Why is Islands of Adventure so spectacular? How can you make the trip memorable for the entire family? Read on -- it's why we're here!
What's New?
We have added a new page explaining Universal Express Pass and Universal Express Pass PLUS, along with a new Kid Meal Directory to let you know where to find the meals for the finicky eaters at Islands of Adventure. Dieters may also want to check out the Low Carb Meals available at the park. Detailed Baby Swap descriptions are now included in every attraction page that has one. We also have a new Citywalk page and expanded our Universal Studios Florida guide to include the new Revenge of the Mummy coaster attraction -- complete with a spoilers review. You can also now buy theme park tickets online from Undercover Tourist. You can also book a stay at all three Universal Orlando resorts, online. Why stay on the property? It's not just the short walk or boat ride to the park but the amazing perk of front-of-the-line entry for most of the rides and attractions, all day long! Just show your room key and you'll get right into the Universal Express queue to board with a minimal wait. So, take your pick, click and enjoy your stay at:
Portofino Bay Hotel - The original, posh Italian seaside charm.
Hard Rock Hotel - Moderately priced music-themed resort.
Royal Pacific Resort - Polynesian splendor. The newest, largest and least expensive.
New page added! The Penny Pincher's Guide to Islands of Adventure is for those looking to save some money on their next enchanting adventure.
The links below will take you deep inside the six islands that make up the park. We're also going to discuss what every family needs to know -- dining, shopping, lodging, you name it! Our active message board community welcomes you if you have questions for your fellow IOA enthusiasts. But, you came here for information didn't you? Click away weary traveler, the adventure awaits and -- of course -- continues.
