This Indenture made this the Fifteenth
day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Sixty Nine? between William W. Richbourg of the
first part and Ellen
Wilson of
the second part-Witnesseth-
The party of the first part
for and in consideration of the peaceful possession, services
and labour of Pinckney Wilson, son of the said party of the
second part for the term of five years commencing from the
date of the indenture, agrees to clothe and feed the said
Pinckney Wilson in the manner as is customary for Servants-
The party of the second part
agrees to deliver to the party of the first part the said
Pinckney Wilson and allow him the said party of the first
part to have the benefit of his labour and services, for the
above mentioned time.
The party of the second part
furthur agrees to allow the party of the first part his
peaceful possession of her son the said Pinckney Wilson and
that she will in no way whatever interfere in preventing the
party of the first part in enjoying the benefit of his labour
and Services.-
