Our 3 BR condo has a bedroom and bath on the first floor. The first floor BR has 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is upstairs. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have private baths.

Our Sea Pines condo comfortably sleeps 6. We can accommodate 8 using the new sleeper sofa. There is a grill on the back patio (unless it's disappeared, again, the winds sometimes move things around on Hilton Head Island during Hurricane season....)

The living room is spacious and we think a comfortable place to relax on those rainy days during your holiday or just when you want to take a day off from the beach. With a separate living area, dining area and small eating area in the kitchen, everyone can spread out during their vacation. There are 4 TVs and 4 VCRs. The first floor Living Room has DVD,  digital cable and HBO, the others simply cable. Cable modem and wireless internet connection available.  Close (short walk for us) to all the amenities of Harbour Town (shopping, dining). The complex has it's own tennis courts and pool. The tennis courts are directly across from our condo.

The fully equipped (we like to eat!) kitchen is next to an eat-in breakfast area. The dining area is shown below.

If you'd like to vacation in our Hilton Head Island condo for a week or two, e-mail me at pdonovan@globalmedserv.com and I will check availability. No response means the villa is booked, sorry. We have a management company who will assist with any problems that might arise with the unit while you are on holiday and handle details of getting keys to you, collecting rents and such. Rates vary from $700 to $1125 per week depending on season. Availability is VERY limited in the summer vacation season. Monthly rentals are available in the winter season. Daily rentals (minimum of 4 nights charge) will be considered during the Fall/Winter/Spring months on a last minute basis only (within 3 weeks of your vacation). The week of the MCI Heritage of Golf Classic for 2006 was available when this page was published, the Heritage week for 2005 is booked. The rental rate for this premium week (MCI Heritage of Golf Classic) is currently $2700. This premium week in April is booked for  2005.

RATES**
$700 per week to March 18, 2005
$925 per week from March 19, 2005 to June 10, 2005
$1125 per week from June 11 to August 12, 2005
$925 per week from August 13 to September 30, 2005


*The week of MCI Heritage of Golf, 2006 is rented at a higher rate ($2800).
**We reserve the right to charge a higher rate on holiday weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, etc.).

Rates are subject to change. During the summer, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
As of 01/24/2005, the following times are booked.

Monthly rates are available during the winter.
