Patrol Division
Patrol works together with the community and other divisions to identify, prioritize, and solve contemporary problems, such as crime, drugs, traffic, disorder, and overall neighborhood safety. Improving the overall quality of life through proactive measures is our goal.

Criminal Investigation Division
The criminal investigation division conducts investigations into criminal offenses and files cases in the appropriate court. Detectives interact with citizens to solve offenses and bring reported criminal activity to a successful conclusion.

Support Services
Support services provides communications between the citizens and police personnel. They also provide and maintain records for the department. Support Services includes:
-communications center
-records section
-registered sex offenders

Specialized Units
Within the department, there are specialized units which assist in accomplishing the departments mission. These units are staffed with personnel from other divisions within the department. They include:
- Special Response Team - Hostage negotiators
- Accident investigation - Reserve unit
