and shopping. The historic cities of Beaufort, Savannah, and Charleston are pleasant drives away. Inverness Village is surrounded by the Fazio Golf
Course. Golf, tennis, swimming, canoeing and bike riding are all within easy
reach of the villa. The villa is about 3/4 mile from the beach where there is
ocean front parking for guests. Located a short distance from the villa is a
newly refurbished community pool and 3 clay tennis courts for renter use.
The villa is an airy, bright end unit on the 7th
hole of the Fazio golf course. It has an eat-in
kitchen with greenhouse roof, dining room with greenhouse window and wet bar.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling, sleep sofa and ceiling fan. There is a
patio off the living room that provides a sweeping view of the golf course. The
