William Lloyd Balser is wanted by the Manteca Police Department for multiple counts of child molesting including unlawful intercourse with a child, lewd acts with a child, and continuous sexual abuse of a child. A warrant charging Balser with these offenses has been issued by the Manteca Municipal Court with a bail of $1,000,000.00. Balser is a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 180 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. He was born July 26, 1959. William Balser has been in hiding since February, 1998 and should be considered dangerous. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, do not attempt to contact or apprehend him.
