Directions

Approaching from the North West, via the A55 coast road.Ater Bangor, take A487 to Caernarfon. Initially follow signs for Porthmadoc. After 3 miles at Llanwnda turn right at the roundabout on to the A499 Pwllheli road. Follow this for about 11 miles About 1 mile after passing signs to the village of Trefor to the right, turn right to Nefyn (B4417),. (note that the turning is just before Llanaelhaearn). follow B4417, through villages of Llithfaen and Pistyll, to Nefyn. In Nefyn, turn right at the mini roundabout, and follow road through Morfa Nefyn, Edern, to Tudweiliog.

After leaving the village, take the second turning right (sign posted to Penrallt campsite). Penrallt is sign posted from here on. Basically follow the road (ignoring right turns), passing a farm on the right, sharp right, then left bends, then after 100 yds the entrance to Penrallt campsite is on the right, just after a long low stone cottage on the right hand side of the road, and Tyndd Sander opposite on the left. (Note : There is a phone box on the left just past the entrance).

Approaching from the Midlands.

From Porthmadoc take the A497, passing through Criccieth. 2 1/2 miles afterleaving Criccieth there is a right turn at an Esso petrol station onto the B3454 to Chwilog . Continue through Chwilog, and at Yfor go straight over the crossroads and continue following the B4354 to a 'T' junction. Turn right and follow the A497 to a roundabout. (Pub Opposite). Continue straight over on the B4412 to Morfa Nefyn. At the cross roads, turn left on the B4417 to Edern, and on to Tudweiliog. (follow directions  from Tudweiliog village as for approach from NW)
