Sweet Tenor Sax
When I got my nice prosthetic piano, I started playing by going to different
instrument voices, and playing around. Often the voice suggested a melody
or a harmony to play. When I came to "Sweet Tenor Sax," a breathy
artificial saxophone, this music came out. I thought it sounded kind of
jazzy, though I don't really know anything about jazz.
After about a year of occasionally playing it on the keyboard, I finally got
around to entering notation for it in Melody Assistant. I finally played
it for Hope, my ex-cousin-in-law who is a fine amateur saxophonist. Well,
she chuckled and said it sounded more like 70's pop than jazz. Oh well.
I still kind of like it, and I've already entered it in the computer, so here it
is.

fault of your web browser or sound card or system file, or whatever hardware
or software does the actual conversion of the ones and zeroes I posted on
the web into what passes for music. |
