Please Note:  The February 2, 2002 show is a doubled judged show. We will be giving double points and double awards. (Counts as two shows ) You will be charged a singe ground fee but double entry and drug fees. Members wishing to only school thier horse at this show will only be charged single class fees.

  # Riders may not enter any other classes.

Entry Fees - $ 6.00 per class or $ 90.00 all day (1 horse & rider combination)
Grounds Fee - $ 5.00 per horse (No exceptions)
Drug Fee - $ 3.00 per horse (State Regulation)
Membership - CVHA horse show membership is $10.00. and based on the calendar year.
    All Riders must be members.
Awards - Ribbons 1st-6th place. Awards to 1st  place for classes with 3 or more horses.  Management reserves the right to combine classes.
Age - You will remain in the same age group throughout the series.  If you are 13 years old on December 1, 2001 you will show in the 13 & Under age group and remain there until the series ends.

Daily High Point  Award
will be given in each age group - 8 in all.

CACTUS SERIES

HIGH POINT AWARDS

The Cactus Series offers a series high point that begins with our October show. There is a one time sign up fee of $20.00 per division ($30.00 for both) to qualify for the series high point awards. The day you sign up and pay your fee is the day your points will start accumulating.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  You must show in 4 of 6 CACTUS SERIES shows and earn at least 8 hours of "HELPER" credit at the Cactus Series horse shows. The February show is double judged and counts as two shows.

There will be 11 year end High Points offered through 5th place.
A total of 55 possible year end high point awards.


In addition to the 9 Daily High Point Age groups there will be
awards for Leadline and Overall Performance Horse.

Leadline Horsemanship Qualifications:  Award will be given to those attending at least 4 shows.

Year End Overall Performance Horse:  Classes: Halter, 8, 18, 23, 29, 33, 38, 44.
  To qualify for Overall Performance Horse you must earn 5 points in Halter, 5 points in Western Individual classes, 5 points in Hunter Hack classes, 20 points in English flat classes and 20 points in Western rail classes.
