Important findings on the health effects of the microdams are published in the British Medical Journal on Saturday 11th September 1999. This includes our report "Incidence of malaria among children living near dams in northern Ethiopia: community based incidence survey" and the BMJ editorial "Environmental Management for Vector Control".
