As some of you may know, I was a staff writer for Steel Guitar World Magazine since its inception in 1991 right up until the bitter end.Some of the interviews didn't make it into the mag for one reason or another. Here are just a few of them.

The Ricky Davis Interview- Conducted After witnessing a Dale Watson show At the Tin Angel in Philly. Unfortunatley, The Mag went belly up before it ever made print. Too bad. It was one of my better works thanks to Ricky's openess and honesty. A true gentlemen and friend to all steel players. Check it Out. The Buddy Cage Interview- Russ Rask, The editor flat out refused to print this interview. Of course, Buddy refused to allow his choice of colorful words to be edited. Who's right? You decide. The interview was printed in a New Riders Of The Purple Sage fanzine somewhere in the U.K.. Thank You Cool Groove for gettin' it on line.
