Terms and Guarantee


TERMS:
All orders must be paid with Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Personal Checks. Please allow 10 days to for bank processing and clearance on Personal Checks. All New York State sales must include the appropriate sales tax.


GUARANTEE:
I spend a great deal of time caring for my geckos and I will not ship a gecko out that I would not have in my collection. All specimens are guaranteed to arrive alive* and in good health. Any problems must be reported within 24 hours.

*Live arrival is not guaranteed to areas below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.


SHIPPING:
There is a $5.00 box charge which covers a new shipping box that is reusable. When necessary, a heat pack or ice pack is used. Geckos can be shipped by U.S. Postal Next Day Service or air freight.
