GET CONNECTED!

Are you tired of throwing by yourself and would like some company????  How about some friendly games to test your skills?  I would like to post a list of people who would like to get together with someone else.  The list would include name, phone number, e-mail address,  and a map of where you like to throw.  This will give people the opportunity to throw with others and learn more about throwing from each other.  If you would like to get on the list, email me with the above information.  Include the address where you like to throw or the name of the park and the closest major intersection.   If you would like to view the list and contact someone to throw click here.

This is the homepage for the Boomerang News , Swiss Boomerang Newsletter, and the Bumerang Welt Archives.  On these pages you will find past issues of these publications.

Ted Bailey,Tibor Horvath, and Gerhard Bertling have graciously and unselfishly allowed their publications to be placed on the internet so that they can be used as a reference for anyone interested in Boomerangs. Issues will be added to the Archives on a lagged basis, after initial publication. As a result, it will definitely benefit you to keep your subscription if you want to stay current.  If you are not already a subscriber, click on "BN News" , "SBNewsletter"; or "Bumerang Welt" to get started.  You won't be sorry.  Use you "back" button to return to this page after you subscribe.

Additional English language newsletters will be converted into editable text for public research purposes when the editors and/or organizations give their permission and Ted has time to do the conversions. Call 313-971-2970 for the latest copy of this and other translations. You may also write to: P. O. Box 6076; Ann Arbor, MI 48106. If you are on the internet, email Ted Bailey   or visit Ted's Boomerang World.

The Swiss Boomerang Newsletter informs members of the Swiss Boomerang Federation about what happens in the wide world of boomerangs. The focus is of course on Switzerland, but since booming is a sport without borders, all boom news, from all over, is good news.  Editor: Tibor Horvath (tib)       Second editor:  Lorenz Gubler (gub)                         French translations: Kim Galeazzi (kim) Markus Peissard (psd)

Richard Pollock-Nelson maintains these pages.  If you have any comments or suggestions please feel free to contact him by email: RP-N ,  by snail mail at: 2530 So. Ouray Way, Aurora, CO, 80013; or phone (303) 368-5933.  Every effort has been made to make the address list as accurate as possible.  If you note any mistakes, please let RP-N know.

No figures or figure titles are included in the BN Archives. Some errors may be encountered because some of the documents were scanned and converted to text using OCR software. Other errors may be encountered due to translation in which Greek characters are converted into the standard keyboard character. This document is still a valuable resource for researching historical information about boomerangs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:   This site also contains a "Masterlist" of all addresses contained in BN.  If you do not want your address included here please let Richard Pollock-Nelson know.     Back to top of Archive page

NEW FEATURES

-----At last a Table of Contents.  This is an on-going and time consuming process so check the update date often.

-----I have added an "update" date in the main menu so you don't have to go all the way to the index to determine if I                 have uploaded any new issues.

-----I have started to add hotlinks to any link referenced in BN.  So all you have to do is click on the internet address to           go to the site and use your "Back" button to return to the BN issue.  I have made every effort to make sure the                 addresses are correct; however, I have noticed that some cannot be reached.  If you cannot reach a site, just use             the "Back" button to return to the BN issue.  At a future date, I will add a master list of all active sites.
