Special mention needs to be given to Andy Pierce.  He missed the accuracy event but placed 1st and 2nd in the other individual events and was on the first place team event.  Had he competed in the accuracy, he had a good chance of taking this tournament by storm.

As you can see by the scores, there was some fierce competition going on.  More on that later this week.

I would also be totally out of line if I did not point out the expert judging done by Anna and Elyse Pollock-Nelson.  On their own initiative, they took on this judicious task and performed very professionally.  I have rarely seen things kept in such great order as I have this competition.  They kept the players in line and kept the competition moving.  Lets give them a big hand   CLAP, CLAP, CLAP, CLAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
