Snorky is one of the simpler sailing craft to build. Few tools are required and plywood could be substituted for the planked bottom. A plywood centerboard could also be substituted for the 3/16" steel plate, but a 5 to 10 lb. weight would need to be epoxied into the plywood. The study plans are below.
