HOPS

We carry only the freshest and best hop pellets available. They are kept fresh and frozen until we ship them to you. When ordering 8 oz. or more, place the hops in an airtight container and place in the freezer to keep them fresh. A 1 quart mason jar works great and will hold one pound of hop pellets. If possible, purge your container of oxygen every time you open it by injecting a little CO2 over the hops to keep them fresh for months. The Apha Acids that are listed are almost exact, but the actual value will be posted on your order.
