Web Construction For Novices

This series of documents attempts to introduce InterNet users who are new to the Net to Web Page design and creation. I would hope that this HyperText presentation might stimulate interest in creating Web documents that will be of use to your profession.

This is by no means an attempt to present a definitively complete document on this topic. Certainly there is much that is left out of this presentation. I will attempt to suggest further references on the Net as well as hardcopy references on further Web page design at the end of this presentation.
