This program was designed (art and layout) by Jay-san and programmed by 'heh' (wasplava@aol.com). It is meant for owners of IRC servers and it is services to control the internal functions of that server. It has many options, and the official website is: DISCONTINUED. You can download the current version here (.6), though source code is not available via NecroCosm Software. The current features are basically:

What does the program do?
This program is one of the best IRC services for administrators out there. To my knowledge, the program has been discontinued and the source code released for public viewing... so go check out my art. :)
