60's Girl Costume

What you need.

Bellbottom Slacks, bluejeans or long skirt.
Tie dyed shirt, peasant shirt or Music group t-shirt
A flower in your hair is also a nice touch
Love beads or costume jewelry
Sandles or boots.
Accessories (below):

Small wire rim glasses or sun glasses
Suede vest
Peace sign button or pin
A scrap piece of cloth for a bandana.
There are many, many ways of doing this costume, I'll give you a few ideas. Wear any color Bell-bottom pants if you have them! Plain jeans will do if you don't have bellbottoms. Wear a tie-dyed shirt or peasant shirt. If you don't have a tie-dyed shirt a T-shirt of a musical group will do. Try to get an 60's band T-shirt like "Pink Floyd". If you can borrow a piasley shirt, by all means do that. If you like you could also wear a long Peasant dress. Thrift stores are a good source for old clothing. Wear sandals without socks or tall boots. Walk around giving the peace sign to everyone, saying, "Peace, man." "Make love, not war." "Heck no we won't go!" and "Far out, man!" Using the Makeup recipe on the main costume page, paint small flowers or peace signs on your cheeks. You could even carry a sign that says "Make Peace Not war".
