There are many different ways to dress up as Austin Powers. Basically you need 1960's clothing or bellbottoms. If
you have, or can borrow a leisure suit you are all set, any color will do. You could wear bellbottoms
too. If you don't have any bellbottoms, perhaps you can borrow some or buy some cheaply at a thrift
store. You will need a white shirt. Wear a lot of cheap jewelry, mostly
rings. Cut the center from paper coffee filters and attach coffee filters to the cuffs of your shirt to
make them look frilly. Now fold several coffee filters together and glue them together, this should be attched to your shirt collar to make your shirt look frilly. Yeahhhhhhh Baby!
