Use a leotard, or you can even use a regular t-shirt and tuck it up or just cut it and than
hem it up so it just covers the naval. Use baggie pants or sweats that can be dyed pink or purple
and a pair of slippers if you have them. Wear a light see-through scarf hanging from your hair. Put
the sweats on first, than put the leotard on over the sweats. If you are going to a party instead of
out trick or treating you may want to carry a old tall bottle with a cork or top on it. If you are going
with someone else they could dress as Major Heally from the Air Force.
