'RALLY RETRO' WEBSITE

This is a site based on the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship (on this site, ill use ITRC for short), and which, is an information site on the ITRC (but is not in any way the official archive for the championship). The ITRC, now governed by the TROA (Tarmac Rally Organizers Association), is one of the strongest Rally championships in Europe, with many rounds seeing registration entries of 190+, of which, only 130 or so are allowed to compete due to safety and F.I.A. regulations. The championship, which is now in its 21st year, is still running strong and still has the spectacle that has always been present throughout the years on the Irish stages.
Altogether, there are about
six or seven events from year to year on the Tarmac Calendar, depending on the
class criteria, with one off mainland Ireland, the Manx International Rally
(incorporating Manx Trophy Rally).
