The University of Texas at Austin

The University is located in the middle of one of the truly beautiful cities in the nation, Austin, Texas. Nestled in the Central Texas Hill Country, Austin and The University of Texas provide a small town college atmosphere with the big city conveniences and exciting activities.

Founded in 1883, UT has, in the past year, become the largest university in the country!

I graduated in 1985 with my Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, but have been an "Orange-blood" since I was old enough to know what a football was!!!

After a disappointing 1997 football season, the Horns rebounded to a much improved 1998 season at 9-3 with a new head coach in Mack Brown and the 1998 Heisman Trophy winner, Ricky Williams.

A return to the pre-eminence in football will be a welcome sight to those of us who remember the heady days of Longhorn football. 3 national championships under the legendary Darrell Royal in the 1970s and more Southwest Conference championships than any other school in SWC history.

I'm also fortunate enough now to WORK for The University! I am currently employed at the Applied Research Laboratories as a Project Manager in the Information Systems Laboratory.
