Pictured is a nice usage of the Liberty Series "Monticello" stamp paying the 20c inquiry fee on POD Form 542 for a registered letter mailed from the U.S. to Ireland on October 5, 1964, and believed to have not reached its destination.  Inquiry fee paid on Nov. 5, 1965.

This is the only recorded example of the inquiry fee paid by a Liberty Series stamp.
