Communications Officer, Amtrak Northeast Corridor, Philadelphia, PA 1995-97
Startup member of Northeast Corridor customer communications team. Introduced range of customer-focused programs to improve office effectiveness, including policy and response standardization and development of customer database. Worked closely with product line teams to coordinate service enhancements with customer-indicated needs. Other duties included work in high-speed rail initiative and employee briefings.
