Rainier Chamber Winds

Seattle Aquarium

On Wednesday, February 7, 2001 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m., Rainier Chamber Winds will play classics of the French wind ensemble repertoire for us and the denizens of the Aquarium's central hall. Included in the evening's program will be poetry readings by John Davis, a locally published poet known for his creative approach to enchanting hearts. We will have the entire aquarium to ourselves for a chance to get up close and personal with otters and octopi. The Seattle Aquarium is located at 1483 Alaskan Way, Pier 59 in Seattle.

Pieces to be performed include:

Dixtuor - by Georges Enesco
Lied et Scherzo - by Florent Schmitt
Divertissement - by Emile Bernard
Sept danses - by Jean Francaix

Tickets are $35 General Admission and $30 for Student/Senior. Available from Rainier Chamber Winds
