This mix has a yummy, rich mocha flavor. It is great for gift-giving.
Cafe Swiss Mocha Mix
1/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
2 tablespoons powdered cocoa
Process in blender on liquefy until well blended. Store in an air tight container.
Directions for use: Spoon into hot water according to individual taste (2-3 tablespoons
per mug).
