This is from the George Foreman Knock Out the Fat cookbook and it's very good. It's appropriate to use on chicken or beef, but not fish. Fat-Free Garlic Wine Marinade 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup sweet Marsala, sherry, or sweet white wine 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or 1 Tablespoon dried 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 Tablespoon dried 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 4 garlic cloves, minced In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well, and set aside until ready to use.
