Fat Free Garlic Wine Marinade

This is from the George Foreman Knock Out the Fat cookbook and it's very good. It's appropriate to use on chicken or beef, but not fish.

Fat-Free Garlic Wine Marinade

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup sweet Marsala, sherry, or sweet white wine

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or 1 Tablespoon dried

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 Tablespoon dried

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 garlic cloves, minced

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well, and set aside until ready to use.
