George It!

Recipes for indoor (or outdoor) grilling.

I have found that fish cooks beautifully on the George Foreman Grill.  I suggest you try rubbing seafood steaks with spices and then grilling.  A terrific source of grilling spices is Penzeys.com.* You can also try spreading a very thin layer of mayonnaise over the spices (carefully) in order to seal them in and keep the fish moist.

Another great "griller" is pork tenderloin rubbed with Penzey's Bavarian seasoning.  I simply slice the tenderloin down the middle lengthwise, rub the two pieces with seasoning and grill.

I should note that I have the XXL George Foreman grill.  If you have a smaller grill, you may need to scale down the recipes accordingly.  The possibilities are endless, but here are a few recipes that have worked very well for me on the GF.
