Sun-dried Tomatoes and Brie

1 loaf Refrigerated French Bread

1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil

1 wedge Brie

Put brie in center of an 8- or 9- inch pie plate. Grease well the pie plate around the Brie. Unwrap the French bread, and stretch it into a long rope, then wrap around the Brie (around the outside of the pie plate), overlapping the edges and using water to attach.  Spread the sun-dried tomatoes in between the cheese and the French Bread dough.  Bake at 350ºF for about 25 minutes. To serve: slice bread in the pie plate, and spread on a mixture of Brie and tomatoes.
