Well. I have been doing a lot of soul searching about this one, and have decided not to do my annual update of Oscar picks and Movie Awards for 1999. A lot of reasons for this decision, probably the most important one is that I want to concentrate on a novel I'm writing and spend the holidays away from the computer.
