You've seen them!
You've heard about them!
And Now......
Ladies and Gentlemen
Let me introduce to you.....
"The Three Minute DJ"
(The reason we have a
Disc Jockey and a Master of Ceremonies at your event at no charge)
The typical length of a song is around three minutes. This is about how much time one disc jockey has to coordinate any event that takes place at your affair. Let's take a look at something that sounds easy. Cutting the Cake at a wedding and the Candle Lighting ceremony at a Mitzvah. If there is only one DJ at your affair, let's see how he would handle this. Try to picture it in your mind.
Cake Cutting at a Wedding - The dance floor is packed. It's time for the cake cutting ceremony. "The Three Minute DJ" has just started a song. Now he's off and running. He crosses the hall to find the bride and lets her know it will be time to cut the cake; only two more songs to go. The groom is on the other side of the hall. "The Three Minute DJ" dashes over to let him know. On his way to tell the photographer, he glances at the cake table and notices that there isn't a cake knife. He now bolts towards one of the wait staff to inform them that there is no knife. The song that is on is almost over. He makes another mad dash back to his equipment table just in time to cue the next song. Whew! he made it. In the rush of things, he forgot to tell the photographer about cutting the cake. "The Three Minute DJ" invites everyone to join the bride and groom at the cake table. The photographer hears the announcement and is in the process of loading a fresh roll of film into his camera. Yet he still needs to put a fresh battery pack in his flash! "The Three Minute DJ" now remembers about the photographer because he doesn't see him at the cake table. He runs over to the photographer who whispers something into the ear of "The Three Minute DJ". "The Three Minute DJ" now dashes back over to the cake table and announces over his sound system......."Ladies and gentleman, due to technical difficulties the photographer is having, we will be cutting the cake in about ........... ........"Three Minutes".
The Mitzvah - The Party Dancers are on the floor leading everyone in doing the latest line dance. The song has just started. "The Three Minute DJ" is off and running. First, he finds and lets the Mitzvah child know that the Candle Lighting Ceremony will start right after the song that's playing. He also tells the Mitzvah child to make sure that all of the people who will be lighting a candle are present. On his way back to the DJ table, "The Three Minute DJ" informs the photographer that the Candle Lighting Ceremony will start right after the song that's playing. Everything is set to go. "The Three Minute DJ" races back to the DJ table just before the song ends. Perfect timing.... 20 seconds to spare. He now has the songs ready that are going to be played for each person as they come up to light their candle. Life is perfect. Just after he announces over the sound system that the ceremony is ready to begin, the caterer taps him on the shoulder and whispers something into his ear. With a look of horror on his face, "The Three Minute DJ" announces........."Ladies and gentleman, there has been a slight mix up. The caterer is short two candles. Please be patient while the caterer runs right across the street to purchase the additional candles. We will begin the ceremony in about.........."Three Minutes".
Well, you get the picture. See how our "Two Team Advantage" will work for your Wedding, Mitzvah or Party. Since you are getting both a disc jockey and a Master of Ceremonies, "The Three Minute DJ" just doesn't exist in our vocabulary. We will coordinate every event with all parties concerned. If it's time to cut the cake, we let the photographer know. We let the caterer know. We make sure there are enough candles on the cake. We make sure there's a cake knife on the table. After all this, we then approach you to see if you're ready. There's no sense in interrupting you from having a good time if everything is not ready to go. We are not tied to the equipment table. Sure, one of us is there all the time playing your favorite songs and keeping the dance floor hopping. The other has as much time as needed and doesn't have to run back to the table within "three minutes" to cue the next song.
Best of all, you can relax and enjoy the party. You won't see someone (i.e. "The Three Minute DJ") running around your Mitzvah, Reception or Party like they are in the Indi-500.
Don't wait any longer. Compete with "The Three Minute DJ" and race to the phone so we can begin planning your event.
