National Atlas
The National Atlas of the United States provides a comprehensive electronic map-like view of the wealth of data collected by the Federal government. Make your own maps of the United States at any scale for selected data.

can be printed out and used to quiz yourself.

This is a wonderful resource with images of every one of the continents
that we are studying in cultural geography. You can even go to a

This is a must-see if you have not already discovered it. Visit locations throughout the world through the eyes of a satellite. See details right down to your own home and your car parked outside.

This Web site emphasizes the link between natural resource exploitation and human rights abuses. They show particular concern for the role played by timber, oil, and diamonds.
