WORLD REGIONAL GEOGRAPHY (Geog 003) Class Code=V0688
World Regional Geography explores the cultural, economic, and political aspects of major world regions. It asks the questions: Where is it? Why is it there? Why should I care? It emphasizes such current issues as:
World regional geography uses short video case studies of current issues, slides, Web exploration to help build geographic literacy, and lots of maps. There is plenty of opportunity for class discussion. World regional geography meets the social science requirement for college transfer.
