We found many nice places to visit in the Allgäu region of Bavaria during March, 1997 and March, 1998. Both times we rented a small apartment for a very affordable rate and went exploring on our own. If you ever get to Speiden (Maria Hilf) which is just outside of Füssen, make sure you stop by Haus Christine for some outstanding Allgäuer Hüttenschnitzel. Then stop by the kneipe next door (Kössel Brauhaus) for some great food and Bier. Thanks for stopping by to visit my castle page.
