We're 20 minutes from HERSHEY PA "Chocolatetown USA" and Hershey Park, 1 1/2 hours west of Philadelphia PA, 4 hours east of Pittsburgh PA, about 3 hours from New York City, and only about 20 minutes from exit 247 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and The Harrisburg International Airport.
DIRECTIONS from PA Turnpike/Harrisburg: Take exit 247 off of the Pennsylvania turnpike. Pay toll and then turn right onto route 283 EAST. Go approximately 10 miles to the ELIZABETHTOWN/Rheems exit. At the end of the exit ramp turn right. Go through 2 traffic lights and up over a bridge. Burger King will be on your right as you cross the bridge. At the stop sign after the bridge turn right on to Harrisburg Ave. Stay on Harrisburg Ave for about 1/4 mile or so and turn left on Broad St. Take the first left onto Libhart Alley and the shop will be on your left. FREE PARKING in front of the shop.

Take South Market St. toward K-mart,
After you pass McDonalds bear right onto Anchor Rd.,
Follow Anchor Rd. for about 1/2 mile and turn left at the stop sign onto Harrisburg Ave.,
Go a couple of blocks and turn right onto Broad St.,
Take the first left into Libhart Alley,
The shop is on your left.
OUR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT-Like NEW, unplayed, ALL ORIGINAL.
NEAR MINT-Like NEW, shows signs of light playing, but no damage, ALL ORIGINAL.
EXCELLENT-May have a ding or check or 2, but no major problems, ALL ORIGINAL.
VERY GOOD-May have some dings or finish checking but no major finish or structural problems. A good solid player.
We DO NOT usually sell refinished or refretted instruments. If we do offer an instrument that is refinished or refretted it will be prominently disclosed in that instruments description.
All instruments we sell are setup and serviced prior to shipping.

We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover credit or debit cards, Paypal (our Paypal account is rhoadsmusi@aol.com) money orders (made payable to "James R. Rhoads" and drawn on a US bank is US dollars) or cash (in store purchases) ONLY. NO CHECKS OR WIRE TRANSFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!! PLEASE NOTE: We cannot and will not accept customers credit card information via email since emails ARE NOT SECURE and your information could be viewed by an outside party. Visa, MC and Discover credit card orders can be phoned in to (717)-361-9272 Mon-Fri 12-5, Sat 12-3 eastern time or faxed to (717)-361-9272 24 hours. We do NOT accept wire transfers and do not do LAYAWAYS or offer payment plans or financing. International credit card customers (those with a non-continental USA billing address) please be aware that there is an additional 3% convenience fee that will be added to your total invoice, including shipping. Please note, deposits made to reserve instruments are non-refundable. If the customer decides to cancel an order the deposit will not be refunded or applied to another item, no exceptions.

APPROVAL PERIOD
All of the instruments and amps we sell are personally checked out and tested by the owner, Jim Rhoads. Vintage and used instruments have a 24 hour approval period. CALL for a return authorization before returning any instrument. All returns must be fully insured. Shipping is the customers responsibility. When the instrument is returned in the same condition as we sent it, your credit card account will be credited or a check will be issued, depending on how you made payment, minus the original shipping charge. Returns must be shipped within 48 hours of receipt and customer MUST provide a valid UPS tracking number to verify that the package was returned within the 48 hour period or the package will be be refused and the item is then ineligible for return.
NO APPROVAL on new instruments or amplifiers, as they are warranted by the manufacturer and are also thoroughly tested and inspected by Mr. Rhoads.
Used and vintage amplifiers and electronics have been checked out prior to shipping, NO APPROVAL OR RETURNS on these items.International shipments are sent as-is with NO APPROVAL PERIOD, and any damage claim is the customer's responsibility. Absolutely NO RETURNS on international shipments for any reason!
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON NEW, USED OR VINTAGE PARTS. Please make sure to tell us the model and year of the guitar, bass, amp, etc, you need the part for and we will make sure you get the correct piece.
SHIPPING
All shipments are FULLY INSURED, and the customer is responsible for all risk and loss or damage in shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping you must file a damage claim with UPS or whichever carrier was used. DO NOT return damaged shipments without prior authorization from us.
APPRAISALS
We do appraisals of Vox and Rickenbacker and other musical gear for $25.00 per item. Please supply clear front and back pictures, the serial number, and a complete description of the item including non original parts, repairs or changes.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Rickenbacker warranty service is available only at the Rickenbacker factory.
Vox warranty service is available at any authorized Vox service center.
