What to do when injured on the job:
- Notify supervisor and fill out any required accident reports.
- Note names of all possible witnesses.
- Give your doctor a complete history of how your injury happened.

What to do when you are involved in an auto accident:
- Notify the police immediately.
- Write down names, addresses, telephone numbers, and license numbers of persons involved and of witnesses. Also write down the license plate number and state of each vehicle involved.
- Do not admit fault, do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police or your attorney.
- Do not refuse medical attention. Cooperate with all emergency medical personnel.
- Notify legal counsel and insurer promptly.
