What to do when injured on the job:
  1. Notify supervisor and fill out any required accident reports.
  2. Note names of all possible witnesses.
  3. Give your doctor a complete history of how your injury happened.

What to do when you are involved in an auto accident:
  1. Notify the police immediately.
  2. Write down names, addresses, telephone numbers, and license numbers of persons involved and of witnesses. Also write down the license plate number and state of each vehicle involved.
  3. Do not admit fault, do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police or your attorney.
  4. Do not refuse medical attention. Cooperate with all emergency medical personnel.
  5. Notify legal counsel and insurer promptly.
