Rosemary was born in the Catskill Mts. in NY. After graduating from Boston University, she taught English in Massachusetts and then served as a Naval officer. She and her husband, John, raised five children in Tallahassee where she became a familiar face as a social services lobbyist at the Florida capitol.

Rosemary has studied watercolor technique with many artists. She is a member of the Tallahassee Watercolor Society, Gadsden Arts Inc., and PleinAir Florida.

Her work can be viewed in several galleries and gift shops along the gulf coast and in Tallahassee.
