Ivanhoe is an attractive spacious three bedroom bungalow situated in a quiet residential area, about a mile and a half from the beaches and town centre of Llandudno in North Wales. Ivanhoe has been awarded a 5 star grading by the Wales Tourist Board.

The property sleeps up to six people and consists of two twin rooms and one doubleroom (bed linen provided).

The dining area is situated in a large sunny conservatory five steps down from the kitchen.
The fitted kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and tea towels. An iron and ironing board is also availiable.
Gas central heating is fitted thoughout with radiators in each room and hot water on demand.
Outside at the front there is a driveway to accomodate two cars, a garden with established shrubs and a ramp for wheelchair access into the property. At the back there is a private garden with more shrubs, apple trees, lawn and decked area with patio furniture ideal for sunning or just sitting enjoying the sunshine.
There is a small Post Office/Corner Shop, telephone box and hairdresser within 2 minutes walking distance.
The proprietors live just next door assuring a high level of comfort and cleanliness at all times.
