My January '97 Mammoth trip was darn-near perfect. Fresh snow for 2 of 3 days kept us off of the upper bowl runs, unfortuantely, but provided plenty of powder for skiing through the woods between all our favorite trails. And even over the weekend it wasn't very crowded!
Photo Notes: The first images show me and two of my skiing partners, David and Brant. The last photo is of an elusive "snow mammoth", a rare creature seen only around the base of Chair 10.
