On this day Twiggy went to her rest.
She was one of the sweetest and one of the best.
Always so loving...gentle...and kind,
How great are the memories she's leaving behind.
Now she is reunited with her best friend Dolly,
They are a team again....

Twiggy's birthdate is December 7th, which is more than appropriate since we often feel we've been attacked. Terrorizing everyone around her, she is a showdog extraordinaire with a comedic flair. Twiggy's the result of a repeat of 1995's ABC Best Puppy in Futurity, Ch. Skidoo's Sillouette. Twiggy started her show career impressively going Reserve Winners Bitch during the '96 ABC Regional week, Grand Sweepstakes winner, and pointed, all owner handled from the puppy classes.
Twiggy finished impressively with 3 majors, 2 back-to-back and a 5-point major on the competitive Brush Prairie Circuit. She was often and beautifully handled by Cheryl Cates. Twiggy's best friend was Dolly (Ch. Rosend Hello Dolly of Bayview). They were each other's shadow until Dolly passed to the Bridge. Twiggy finally joined her great friend on that Bridge...we lost her to Hemangiosarcoma.
Twiggy had been cleared of SAS by a board-certified cardiologist,
OFA (cardiac) BX-CA98/30F/C and had a 24-hour holter with 3 PVCs (8/00).
