Monty is a very special boy.
Not only is Monty our first rottweiler, he also got us hooked to the breed! He is very laid back and easy going, very sociable and totaly nonagressive! He is a wonderful representative of the breed and what it can be. We planned on doing Obedience with him, and have stuck to our plans. Monty got his CD in one weekend, with three group placements and a high score for Novice A the day he finished. He loves to work for me, and will do anything I ask - and is a true gentleman. Never an argument for whatever we ask. He has made us have high expectations of all other rotties.
We are planning on continuing for his CDX, even though he is pretty uncoordinated to go over the jumps..we'll try .....
We are also planning on carting with him - maybe he can also help with the yardwork then!!
He would love that..
