Reese Williams Violins & Stringed Instruments
Reese Williams -- Stringed Instruments
Violin Maker, Repair & Restoration
Repair & Restoration
A musical instrument maker, featuring the Violin family in Modern and Baroque construction.  Repair and restoration of instruments and bows form a major portion of my craft.

Philosophy
My approach emphasizes repair and restoration which removes limitations to
musicianship; adapts an instrument to the personality and style of its musician;
enhances the life of the instrument and increases playability.  My greatest pleasure is
bringing an instrument back to life and restoring its voice.  My task combines listening
and analyzing problems of the instrument and finding the solution which meets the
player's needs.
