Working for the Devil

I do like my job, but my boss and her lieutenant are enough to make you dread coming to work. These two people have single handily made my life a living hell for the past few years. They are the text book example of mismanagement.

Neither one has the foggiest clue how to do my job, yet they have no problem writing my evaluation in a way that makes me look like an idiot. At first I thought it was just me who thought like that, but it appears most people at work can’t figure out how I keep from going mental.

Luckily I can write this and post this because they can barely operate a computer, much less access the Internet and find my page. Here are a few suggestions I have for keeping your people happy and productive and it does not cost any money.

- Be fair and don’t play favorites - Learn your employee’s job, so maybe you could help once in a while - Treat your employees with respect. A "thank you" goes a long long way

It is pretty pathetic when you have to tell your boss you want to go half way across the country to visit a relative, just so you can get a week off to visit some friend’s.

Well this writing is not really a "Perspective" in the sense I planned to showcase my writings, but it does make me feel better, even if it is not grammatically correct or does not make sense.
