The South Bay Literacy Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching adults over 18 to speak, read, and write English effectively in order to better function in today's complex society.

SBLC teaches adults for free.  Become a tutor if you enjoy reading.  Become a student if you struggle with English, or refer a friend or family member who does.
