Today some are lovers, and some are soul mates,
I'd give you my heart, but it's to late to give it,
I could give you a teddy bear,

Some have no one, and that is the sad fates,
But I have you, friends, and that make the day complete,
So I made this page for you, and I hope you think it's neat!
I would write a story of humor, if you have the great wit,
But, for that, you might not care,
I could bake you some scones,
But the're so rich I could just hear the moans,
I could gie you a red, red rose,
But Skye is giving those,

I could get all silly and give you a heart,
But that is getting the horse before the cart,
 |
I could write you a romantic story,
just filled with Scots and glory,
 |
When I think of it, I have a gift that could make your cry,
It is the sunset, on my beautiful Isle of Skye.
