I have been receiving several e-mails from my visitors asking where they can get the marinates, sauces, smoking chips, and other hard to find grilling items I mention in my recipes.

Light My Fire is a page still under construction dedicated to providing my visitors with hard to find and sometimes home made items that will enhance your cooking experience !!!!!!

Many of the marinates and sauces I refer to are home made, most are family recipes. Some date back to my Great Grand Father who was a flag carrier during the Civil War [for the South] and I will be offering them at a nominal cost.
