Abstract

     It has been a great mystery throughout the years as to how electricity really works at the atomic level. If one could see how the structure of matter really exists in nature at the atomic level, it would clearly be seen what electricity really is and how it works. There are many various aspects of electricity that can be studied but, the main focus of this study will be the aspects of electricity involving _Conduction_, and also how, when, where and why are electrons able to move through matter, at the atomic level according to the Smart Theories.
